WHAT IS F3?
Fitness | Fellowship | Faith
Fitness - make no mistake - you will get fit. Fitness, however, is merely a by-product.
Fellowship - for many men, this is why men keep coming back. Men tend to do things alone; we don't often ask for help; and we get overwhelmed with life. Iron sharpens iron! Come do life with other high impact men!
Faith - simply defined as a belief in something bigger than yourself. We welcome all men, regardless of beliefs or background.

Free of charge - no sign-up. Just show up
Open to all men - all ages, all fitness levels
Held outdoors - rain or shine, heat or cold from Destin to Alys Beach, FL
Peer led - no professional training or certification needed
Ends with a Circle of Trust
How Do I Do This? Where Do I Sign Up?
All you need to bring is yourself. There is no membership.
You do not have to be in shape.
If you want to push hard, go all out. If you haven't exercised in a while, don't feel like you have to get "in shape" before you come - MODIFY to what you can handle & give it your best.
You will NOT be left behind.
Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him!
